This Birth With Love course contains asana (postures), pranayama
(breathing techniques), yoga nidra (deep relaxation), meditation,
visualisation and sound work to help you prepare physically, mentally
and emotionally for your own unique journey of pregnancy, birth and
early motherhood.
Birth With Love classes aim to provide a safe, nurturing space for you to focus on yourself and your growing baby. Learn techniques to help deepen your connection, trust in your body’s ability to birth and keep it strong and flexible. Classes are focused on deep relaxation, and are friendly and fun!
No experience necessary.
Pregnancy yoga has many benefits, including:
