This Birth With Love course contains asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), yoga nidra (deep relaxation), meditation, visualisation and sound work to help you prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for your own unique journey of pregnancy, birth and early motherhood.


Birth With Love classes aim to provide a safe, nurturing space for you to focus on yourself and your growing baby. Learn techniques to help deepen your connection, trust in your body’s ability to birth and keep it strong and flexible.  Classes are focused on deep relaxation, and  are friendly and fun!

Postnatal yoga can be hugely beneficial for many reasons, including:
  • Aiding the release of muscular tension caused by feeding / carrying
  • Helping relieve tiredness / boost energy levels
  • Giving you some much needed "me time"
  • Encouraging the body to begin the process of gently closing and realigning after pregnancy and birth
  • Helping to strengthen the body and increase flexibility to be better prepared for all the lifting / carrying / bending / twisting involved in looking after a little one
  • Helping to regulate emotional "ups and downs" common in the postnatal period
No babysitter? No problem! Babies welcome - they can either relax and play in the soft area provided or join in!
