Women's Autumn Retreat 16th-19th November 2018

This retreat is for busy women who need some space, freedom and nurturing to come back into a state of balance and connection.Step outside of the stresses of daily living, slow down, and return to centre. This is a brief outline, with more treats and deliciousness to be revealed!
Arriving on Friday afternoon to be greeted with tea and cake ,after which we will share a restorative yoga practice created to release patterns of tension and stress and signal body and mind that it is time to relax.
Time to settle in, a delicious, nutritious dinner (if you enjoy vino with your food feel free to bring some!) There will be an evening session of yoga nidra (guided relaxation that takes the body into a state of deep rest and healing, perfect to aid a restful sleep) and either bedtime or for the night owls an option to watch a film / chat / read etc.
On Saturday there will be fiery Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga followed by a more gentle session for the early birds (you can come to one or both) before breakfast. You may prefer to take advantage of the amazingly peaceful surroundings and opt for a lie in!
After a leisurely breakfast we will share some gentle movement and a yoga nidra session - an amazing way to start the day feeling calm and connected :-)
There will be the option to join a walk in the beautiful surrounding countryside, read, snooze or book a massage / crystal healing / reiki session (and with some prices as low as £25 per session this is a great opportunity to pamper yourself without breaking the bank!)
The lovely Sally from Nature's Divine Oils will be coming to share her knowledge of essential oils and guide you in creating your own pulse point oil to take home. We will, of course, be making plenty of time for delicious food and snacks throughout the day!
Early evening will bring us to our mats, to share a yoga practice, breath work and mantra, before a tasty dinner, time to relax and a blissful yoga nidra session - either float off to bed or enjoy a peaceful, relaxing evening however you choose.
Sunday morning will follow the same pattern as Saturday, with yoga and activities (or time to chill, your choice!) followed by lunch and closing circle before it's time to go home - feeling deeply rested, relaxed and nourished!
There is a range of accommodation, from a double ensuite to single rooms / twin rooms and rooms with bunkbeds. Double rooms can be single occupancy and other rooms will never be sharing with more than one person. First come first served as far as room choice goes, as is common on many retreats, rooms with more than one bed will be shared occupancy, if you would like to share with a friend or family member just let me know. Rooms are fairly small but all the accommodation is clean, functional and recently decorated and set in beautiful countryside with access to a peaceful walled garden and walks. Nearby are the quaint seaside towns of Aberaeron and New Quay (with a gorgeous beach) if you fancy a trip to the seaside. All activities and classes are optional - join in with as many or as few as you please.
£50 deposit to book - this is non refundable. Full payment needed by 2nd November.
£250 per person if you book with a 50 deposit before 15th September. £270 if you book after that.
